Paris, early 60s. The Saint-Germain district vibrates to the rhythm of jazz clubs and the artists' gatherings that liven up the night. In this atmosphere arose the Orphéon, a much-loved bar, a vibrant hub for artistic encounters. It was here that the three founders of the nearby boutique Diptyque They meet to dance, laugh and discuss the world, in an atmosphere as lively as it is elegant.
A tribute to creative friendships and an olfactory time capsule, Orphéon immortalizes a place from the past. At the heart of the composition is the atmosphere of that unforgettable place, recognizable through the warmth of tonka bean, the depth of cedar, and the vivacity of juniper berries, where wisps of tobacco smoke mingle with delicate scents ofoudking of vintage cosmetics, which linger on polished woods.
