This fragrance was born from the ambitious challenge that Olivier Creed has set out to reveal the innermost richness of the essence of Mysore Sandalwood: the precious sandalwood oil can be extracted through a rather complex process only from plants that are at least twenty-five years old. This essence, extremely persistent, full-bodied, woody, and with an intriguing sweetness, is generally present in base notes to give depth, warmth, and longevity to many men's fragrances. In this Vintage, sandalwood is the true protagonist.
