Directions for use: Hold the spray 10-15 cm from your skin and spray generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Massage lightly to distribute evenly. Do not spray directly on your face. Spray onto your hands, then apply to your face. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, at least every two hours, and especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off.
