Détails du produit
Kyoto, Japan. In this rose-lined alley, the air is filled with the crisp scent of flowers in full bloom. At the end lies the entrance to a surprisingly mineral Japanese garden, where stones, gravel, and wood trace the path of life. A fiction of nakedness that paves the way for an inner journey. As if suspended between two worlds, the mind is elsewhere. In search of enlightenment.
I was inspired by the astonishing dry gardens of Japan. I transformed them into a dreamlike olfactory translation, where sensations are as present as the mineral and vegetal elements that compose the garden.
