FRJany
Détails du produit
Once upon a time... A garden in the height of summer. The calm of a sunny siesta. The children's snack. Jany. She spends her time in the kitchen, among sugar and flour.
What he loves to prepare, more than any other delicacy, it is the tarte tatin. The butter melts in the Glass container. She pours granulated brown sugar into it, in the silence of a fine, icy rain. Its scent fills the room, echoes on the porch, and travels to the driveway. Baked apples and cinnamon sticks fade into the scent of puff pastry. Then come caramel, almonds, and vanilla, powerful aromas that linger well into the evening.
Antoine's daughter, Jany, carries with her the fragrance of her Recipes, cakes, madeleines, and cookies. Inspired by an original childhood dessert, Jany brings us the aromatic memories of all our unforgettable delicacies. To your emotions.
