In the beating heart of Her MajestyDamask Rose Absolute reigns supreme, an eternal symbol of elegance and femininity. Rose intertwines with velvety, luminous peach, lending softness and sensuality, while a succulent rum note adds depth and an intoxicating touch. Ambrette seeds release a warm, enveloping natural musk, creating an irresistible aura. On the base, papyrus and cedarwood sculpt a sophisticated, persistent woody trail, enhanced by cypriol and oakmoss, which give the chypre intensity and structure.
Her Majesty was born from a deeply evocative journey by Kilian Hennessy to Japan, specifically to Kyoto, along the famous Philosopher's Path. Here, time seems suspended: cherry blossoms (sakura), carried by the wind, fall like light snow, creating a spectacle of fragile beauty. That moment, a perfect balance between ethereal grace and inner strength, inspired the creation of this unique fragrance, capable of translating a pure and contemplative emotion into perfume.
With Her Majesty, Kilian presents its first Chypre fragrance, created in collaboration with the talented perfumer Caroline Dumur. Belonging to the Narcotic Flowers olfactory family, this composition uses contrast as an expressive language: softness and intensity, light and depth, femininity and character.
An aquatic note recalls the stream that runs along the Philosopher's Path, while a delicate fruity hint of peach evokes the lightness of the sakura blossom. Each raw material is meticulously blended, creating a harmonious, sophisticated, and deeply evocative fragrance.
