Penhaligon's Endymion Cologne is aeau de toilette A masculine amber oriental. Created in 2003, it takes its name from the myth of Endymion, a shepherd king, beloved by the Moon, who put him to sleep forever so that only she could visit him every night. The sensual fusion of contrasting spices and fresh notes is a seductive nighttime fragrance. The intertwining of citrus, spices, and leather is very modern and evocative. Endymion opens with a burst of sweetened mandarin delicately wrapped in sage and lavender, which settle and smooth gently into a heart of dark coffee. As the skin warms, mysterious resins rise with notes of creamy nutmeg and cardamom, all wrapped in the softest leather.
