Encore Du Temps

I wish time would stop right now.

Encore du temps It's a dedication of love, a flower fallen into a cup of tea. It was a trip to Laos that made me understand the timeless love between two people, that sparked my desire to tell you about this journey. To a place where time is a state of mind, where everything is lost in a smile. Like a slow black-and-white film, like certain moments in life. That tea seemed never-ending, while the small Osmanthus flower floated among the vortices of the cup. It was only love, and we wished we had more time to experience that moment of our lives, sitting on the terrace of a historic colonial house in Luang Prabang. From there, our gaze lost in the river. A sweet and delicate opening, amorous from its first olfactory steps, a gentle note of Bergamot and Mandarin opens the path to the heart, a white canvas sprinkled with green tea, on which Osmanthus rests: warm, voluptuous, and fruity, the same canvas on which the poetry of the Champaca flower rests. In its Asian scents, I sense my beloved Asia and walks through the forests, alongside them the great Magnolia, a dedication. In the background, the sweetness of Laotian Benzoin, the healing Sandalwood, and the memories of Mate tell a delicate finale. Osmanthus grows in our garden today, gifting us with a fragrant and delicate bloom in the fall. On autumn evenings, as I stroll, its fruity scent transports me to Laos, to Indochina. It reminds me of the feeling I feel every day for the woman I love. I would like more time, and more, and more...
